About

What we do?

The population Geography Research group (PopGRG) is one of the longest established Research Groups of the Royal Geographical Society (with IBG), and has been in existence since the middle of the 20th century. PopGRG promotes population geography broadly defined and supports population geographers by providing a forum for discussion and exchange, organising seminars, conferences and other events, and recognising outstanding student work through our prizes.

You can read our strategy for 2017-2020 here.
